KANSAS CITY, Mo.— As healthcare companies across the industry seek new marketing strategies and tactics that engage and target consumers, Dobies Health Marketing continues to build on its highly specialized team.
To grow and expand in response to the changing needs of their healthcare industry clients, the Kansas City-based agency announced today that Marketing and Client Services Manager, Lindsey Elliott, has been named Director, Marketing and Client Services.
“I am fortunate to work with healthcare organizations across the country who are doing amazing work in their communities,” Lindsey said. “As hospitals of all sizes face significant challenges, it’s more important than ever to have a partner they can trust to help them overcome barriers strategically. We have an incredibly talented and smart team at Dobies, and I’m so excited for our continued growth and ability to help even more healthcare organizations thrive.”
Since joining Dobies Health Marketing in 2021 as a Marketing and Client Services Manager, Lindsey has worked with a broad range of healthcare clients, including large academic medical center-affiliated hospitals, rural critical access hospitals, and non-hospital providers, including mental/behavioral health services and statewide collaborative health programs.
Lindsey brings to her new role a decade of experience working in various strategic communications and media roles, including planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, and crisis communications. Before joining Dobies Health Marketing, Lindsey worked as the Senior Public Relations Specialist at Olathe Health, where she helped with brand development and implementation and oversaw marketing strategy implementations across all communication platforms.
“We’re thrilled to promote Lindsey to a director role at Dobies. In a little over a year, she has been involved in several major rebranding efforts and launched very successful marketing and service line campaigns for our hospital and healthcare clients,” said Angie Leondedis, Vice President, Client Services. “She not only has strong critical thinking skills, but she has also demonstrated her ability to coach and mentor others in the organization. We appreciate her ability to solve complex problems and identify opportunities on behalf of our clients. We are very fortunate to have her on the team.”
Lindsey will continue to work with senior strategists and the creative team to plan, manage and direct highly integrated marketing and brand strategies. Her new role will expand on managing hospital and healthcare clients’ marketing and brand strategy efforts, in addition to overseeing responsibilities for her assigned Dobies account support staff.
Lindsey’s promotion is the latest in a series of developments that mark escalating growth for Dobies Health Marketing as a leader and innovator in strategy-first healthcare marketing.
