The Kansas City-based healthcare marketing firm welcomes Jeff DeRousse as Art Director and Lindsey Elliott as Marketing and Clients Services Manager.

As Art Director, Jeff collaborates with designers, writers and account leads to produce compelling integrated campaigns, websites and digital advertising. With almost 20 years of graphic design experience, Jeff brings a critical but creative eye to design inspires action and promotes brand awareness. His work experience includes brand design for Cerner Corporation, where he developed corporate identities with the goal of driving the brand forward. Jeff’s diverse background of design work for the health industry, as well as international product development and market research, makes him a valuable addition to the team.

As Marketing and Client Services Manager, Lindsey works with senior strategists and the creative team to plan, manage and direct highly integrated marketing and brand strategies. For more than a decade, she has worked in various strategic communications and media roles, and her expertise includes planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, and crisis communications. Most recently, Lindsey worked as the Senior Public Relations Specialist at Olathe Health, where she helped with brand development and implementation, as well as overseeing marketing strategy implementations across all communication platforms. Her broad skillset makes her an ideal partner for Dobies Health Marketing’s clients.

“I’m thrilled to join this team and combine my two passions – strategic marketing and healthcare,” Lindsey said. “Our clients are not only enhancing the health of individuals but also their communities, and I’m honored to help enrich that mission.”

Welcoming Jeff and Lindsey to the team is the latest in a series of developments that mark increasing growth for Dobies Health Marketing as it approaches 30 years in strategy-first healthcare marketing.
